     Why stay in an overpriced crowded hotel or motel when you can stretch out in an immaculate five bedroom home with all the amenities you need?
 
     Our private 5-star home offers a full kitchen, laundry area, iron with ironing board, gamesroom and a private South facing pool. The pool area is screened in and we also have a child safety fence in place to keep our younger guests safe.
 
Relax with our  CD/stereo system, movies, games, books and toys.  A high chair and  cot (travel crib) for our youngest travelers is also on the premises at no additional charge.
 
     We're part of the Reserve at Town Center, an exclusive gated community of 94 homes. It is located in Davenport, Florida, just  off of exit 58 from Interstate 4. (This is also known as the Championsgate Exit). 
 
     Our Disney Villa is an excellent location from which to launch your vacation adventures. You will be only minutes away from all the magic of Disney, golfing, restaurants, stores,  and many of the other exciting activities and amusement parks that Orlando Florida is famous for. Disney World is less than 10 minutes away!
