Our private 5-star home offers all the amenities needed to make your
holiday perfect. A fully equiped kitchen, ready to be utilized if you wish to cook, a laundry area with a full
sized clothes washing machine and dryer, a gamesroom to relax in with a pool table, foozeball table and dartboard.
Just beyond our lounge area, lies a private South facing pool. The pool overlooks a conservation nature pond. The
pool area is screened in for your comfort from the bugs.All doors leading to the pool are alarmed and there is also a
child safety fence in place to keep our younger guests safe.
Relax with our CD/stereo system, movies, games, books and toys. A high chair
and cot (travel crib) for our youngest travelers is also on the premises at no additional charge.
We're part of the Reserve at Town Center, an exclusive gated community
of 94 homes. It is located in Davenport, Florida, just off of exit 58 from Interstate 4. (This is also known
as the Championsgate Exit).
Our Disney Villa is an excellent location from which to launch your vacation adventures. You
will be only minutes away from all the magic of Disney, golfing, restaurants, stores, and many
of the other exciting activities and amusement parks that Orlando Florida is famous for. Disney World is less than 10
minutes away!
